The company has a history of winning the highest gold award in the shochu producer category at the World Sake Cup. Kurohikoboshi is made by carefully selecting sweet potatoes from Kagoshima, brewing them into black koji, and then aging the raw liquor for two years before aging it for one year.
The product is a blend of the original liquid. The volume is 900 milliliters and the alcohol content is 25%. The price is 28,000 won (about 3,000 yen).
This product has a deep sweet potato flavor and a smooth texture, as well as a fragrant sweet potato aroma and a refreshing aftertaste.
In the hot and humid summer, it is recommended to mix the product with cold water in a 2:1 ratio, or drink it as is with ice.
