They continued, "The production staff is aware of the seriousness of the situation, and will not disclose any information to outside parties, regardless of the circumstances, using the director, lead actor, title of the work, investment company, and production company.
"We will not be taking any bookings or proceeding with any reservations," the distribution company added. "Such malicious no-show behavior will be subject to criminal liability for business obstruction and civil liability for damages.
"If you receive any reservations or orders that are suspected to be from a false production staff member, please do not respond and take special care to avoid any damage," he said.
Previously, when a no-show scam involving the director, lead actor, film name, investment company and production company of "Helpless" was rampant, the distributor immediately took responsibility for the case.
