Dump truck tire comes off and hits high school girl directly... 46 days after being left unconscious (Korea)

It has been discovered that a high school girl standing at a bus stop was hit directly by a tire that came off a moving dump truck and has remained unconscious for over 40 days.
According to the Gwacheon Police Station in Gyeonggi Province on the 19th, the suspect A was driving on a road in Gwacheon City at around 1:00 pm on the 5th of last month.
The left rear tire suddenly came off the 5-ton dump truck and rolled down the sloped road. The tire was a double tire (two tires) structure and was quite heavy, so it came off while driving and the speed dropped.
The car had come out of the road and rolled toward the bus stop on the opposite side of the road, hitting three pedestrians, including a teenage high school girl named B, who were waiting for the bus.
Mr. B, who was involved in the accident, suffered serious head injuries and was taken to the hospital in an unconscious state. 46 days have passed since the accident.
The victim, a man in his 40s and a woman in her 20s, both suffered minor injuries and were treated at a hospital.
In an online community used by residents of Gwacheon City, it was reported that B has not yet regained consciousness.
The police have filed criminal charges against Suspect A for violating the Special Law for Handling Traffic Accidents (causing injury) and are investigating the circumstances of the accident, including the maintenance history of the vehicle.
A police official said, "At the time of the accident, there was not much traffic at the scene, and it appears that the tire that came off the dump truck rolled to the bus stop on the opposite side of the road." He added, "We will thoroughly investigate the circumstances of the accident."
