What makes BTS' V so attractive? US facial analysis agency releases report

One of the elements that highlights the charm of V (BTS) is his beautiful face, which has been scientifically analyzed and is attracting attention.

QOVES Studio, a scientific facial analysis institution in the US, analyzed V's appearance under the theme of “What makes Kim Tae-hyung (V's real name) so attractive?” QOVES Studio's analysis is primarily utilized by plastic surgeons, beauty consultants, fashion and modeling agencies to deeply understand the structure of the face and standards of beauty.

QOVES Studio explained, “Kim Tae-hyung, known as V, is regarded as the most handsome man in K-POP, and this is one of the features that make him so attractive.”

　Regarding why V was selected as the world's most handsome man, Cobus Studio summarized, “V's face is known for its high symmetry, perfect hair, thick eyebrows, long eyelashes, distinct jawline, and plump pink lips, which are feminine features but also attractive.”
　
　According to the analysis results of the skin imaging technology spectrophotometer (SIAscopy), “V's skin is perfect, with a uniform tone and smooth texture that is rare today, making him appear younger, healthier, and more attractive.”

　V consistently ranks among the top in beauty lists released worldwide and has won the most first-place titles, earning him the nickname “Beauty Title Collector.” On Google Trends, he has ranked first in the “Most Handsome Man” search term-related topics for the past 10 years.

　In 2017, he was ranked first on the list of “The 100 Most Handsome Faces in the World” selected by the U.S. film site “TC Candler,” and was praised as “an icon of Asian culture who breaks the prejudice that the standard of handsomeness is a muscular, sturdy Westerner, by combining the golden ratio of a sculpted Western appearance with the mysterious beauty of Asia.”

　Plastic surgeons both domestically and internationally have particularly noted the golden ratio of his V-shaped face. A renowned South Korean plastic surgeon analyzed, “The V-shaped face has perfect proportions from both the front and side views, with no flaws. Especially the line from the tip of the nose to the chin is rarely seen in Asian facial features. It harmoniously blends masculinity and femininity, creating a unique charm.”

　Brazilian plastic surgeon Rafael Prota marveled on a news program, “It's a face with perfect symmetrical structure and golden ratio, so beautiful it inspires awe.” The V-shaped golden ratio face has also been featured on broadcasts in Greece and the Netherlands.
