"However, President Lee has been silent or passive in the face of North Korea's provocations and human rights violations, and has not taken any pro-China stance.
"With these actions, North Korea has called into question its sense of diplomatic balance," he said. "For this reason, it is necessary for North Korea to take a clear stance at this G7 summit in order to gain the trust of the international community."
