"It cannot be said that the amount exceeded the reasonable range or was too heavy or too light." On the afternoon of August 12, 2022, B (age 2 at the time) was arrested at Sanrok, Ansan City, Gyeonggi Province.
The child was playing on a mini train operated at a kids' cafe in the Tomori ward, and when he tried to get off, he fell and got his left foot caught in the tracks.
Although B was taken to the hospital, he died of hemorrhagic shock on the same day.
