The story depicts how three police officers, Kim Seohyun (Jung Hyun), Lee Sang Yi (Jung Hyun), Mansik (Heo Seong Tae), and Jaehong (Tae Won Seok), are recruited as police officers through special recruitment.
However, the fire that they thought had gone out was rekindled in their hearts. It all started with the "Golden Rabbit Clique," a plot to wipe out the largest crime organization in Inseong City.
This was Operation Rabbit Hunt. This large-scale operation, led by Chief Kim Eung-Soo with the intention of getting media exposure in mind, involved the largest number of officers since the establishment of the Inseong Police Agency.
Dong-ju and Man-sik, who were not part of the plan, interfere and ruin the operation, and the two are isolated within the organization, amid ridicule and jeers from their colleagues and insults from their superiors at dinner parties.

Meanwhile, Man-sik learns that Dong-ju, who rushed to the paint factory alone, is in danger and asks Dae-young (Han Gyu-won) of the regional investigation team for help, offering to help him if he beats him.
