Candidate Lee Jae-myung to 'create special investigation team' for fair stock market

Democratic Party of Korea presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung said on the 1st that he will create a special investigative team to conduct constant monitoring in order to create a fair stock market.
The candidate appeared on the YouTube channel SPEAKSTV that afternoon and said, "Capital markets, financial markets, and securities markets can be summed up in one word.
"Financial markets will undergo real-time monitoring, and any violations of stock price manipulation or trading manipulation will be punished with the strongest legal penalties," it said.
He continued, "We will create a special investigation team. We will monitor the situation from the beginning and significantly increase our human resources. If there is a problem, we will investigate the matter.
"I will investigate it," he said. In response to the question, "Will my life be a little better if I win the presidency?", he said, "I can say that with certainty."
"It's not because they're superior or have geniuses," he said. "It's just common sense. Injustice discourages people, but if you make things fair, efficiency will be born and the world will naturally become a better place."
The candidate cautioned against optimism in light of the current situation. "I believe that we must win at all costs," he said, citing examples where opinion polls and the final voter turnout were significantly different.
"We are at a crossroads that will determine the fate of the Republic of Korea," he said. "We are standing on a knife's edge, at a crossroads, and we are tense."
The candidate asked, "If Lee Jae-myung could go back to his youth when he worked in factories, what would he talk about?"
In response to the question, "What was the pain that the mother felt?" she said tearfully. She continued, "I wonder how much pain it must have been for the mother holding that little child's hand and taking him to the factory?
"I want to be a mother figure to the people of the world," she said. Finally, she said, "Too many people are suffering because of the unjust desires of a few people," and added, "I want to help them grow little by little."
If we compromise, respect and share, we can make the world a better place, but I cannot understand people who take the lives of others for money, power and fame."
