Korean fans of ”BTS” V attend dischargeCelebration event from Seoul to Chuncheon

Ahead of the discharge of V (BTS) from the military, fans have been celebrating with a wide variety of support.

　In anticipation of V's discharge, fans have begun to plan celebratory support in Seoul, Chuncheon, and Goyang City.

　The Korean fanbase “V Inside” announced some of the support to celebrate V's discharge and the 12th anniversary of his debut. First, a spectacular fountain show to celebrate V's discharge will be performed at the 'Singing Fountain' in Ilsan Lake Park in Goyang, the group said.

　V Inside cited V's ”My Profile,“ which was released during the 2016 FESTA, as the reason for choosing the fountain show in Goyang City, as well as the fact that V revealed that ”one of my bucket list is to set up a house to live with my family near Ilsan Lake Park," and that he received the 2022 Honesty Tax Merit Award from the City of Goyang. The fountain show will be held in the city of Goyang. During the fountain show, Bulletproof Youth League's song 'IDOL' and V's solo song 'Slow Dancing' will be played along with the spectacular fountain show.

　In Seoul, a month-long digital cab shelter ad support in front of HYBE will be held to celebrate the 12th anniversary of their debut and to show their unchanging love and support. A celebratory video will be shown on commercial boards at the busy Hapjung Station, Gangnam-gu Office Station, and Kon-dae-guk Station.

　In Chuncheon, a banner advertisement will be placed in front of the Ssangyong Unit where V is serving and near the Military Police Special Duty Team (SDT) Life Hall.

　NUNA V, the largest K-pop fan page with 2.29 million followers, plans to prepare pop-up stores in Seoul and café events in Tokyo and Manila so that fans at home and abroad can gather to celebrate V's discharge.

　The 'V Bus', a wrapped bus that travels around the Shinryongsan area where V's office, HYBE, is located, as well as Shinchon and Hongdae Hwajeong Station, will also be in operation, and advertisements will be placed with Korean fans at the bus stop in front of HYBE's office building.

　While serving in the Military Police Special Duty Team (SDT), V has led a faithful military life, including an early promotion to captain, and despite his shoulder and thigh injuries, he was awarded first place as a perfect score shooter in shooting, first place in winter urban training and shooting, and even the Military Police Exemplary Award.
