The new roles include three "account director" roles, who will oversee clients in the business and strategy fields. In addition, the company is looking to recruit for roles in customer management, technical engineers, solution design, and more.
All six of these jobs will have a hybrid system in place, allowing employees to choose to arrive in the office three days a week and work from home the rest of the time.
Both positions require candidates with years of experience in related fields who can hit the ground running.
In particular, the Strategy Division is working to achieve sales of more than $2 million per year for three or more consecutive years.
The application requirements include "experience in developing a business model that supports a wide range of businesses" and "14 years or more of sales experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) fields."
OpenAI plans to cover the costs of relocating employees to Seoul from overseas or other parts of Korea.
