Police send Song Min-ho (WINNER) to prosecutors for alleged dereliction of duty while still in his home - Korea

The South Korean police have arrested idol group WINNER member MINO (real name: Song Hye-soo) who is suspected of not serving honestly while serving as a social service officer.
On the 23rd, the Seoul Mapo Police Station announced that it had sent Song to the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office on the 22nd on suspicion of violating the Military Service Act in the form of indictment without detention.
Song had been serving as a social service officer since March 24, 2023, but is suspected of violating the Military Service Act by not arriving at work properly.
The Seoul Mapo Police Station, which was in charge of Song's investigation, summoned Song three times for questioning since January this year.
Song denied the allegations during his first interrogation in January, but admitted to most of them during his third interrogation.
