Recently, malicious posts, comments, and false facts have been indiscriminately posted online against our artist Kim Soohyeon.
In particular, they are posting unfounded speculative statements and unconfirmed allegations repeatedly, giving the public a false impression and damaging the artist's reputation.
Malicious slander, dissemination of false facts, personal attacks, sexual harassment, and other crimes that are rampant in online communities and social media are criminal acts that should not be taken lightly.
Based on the active reporting of such malicious behavior by fans and our own monitoring, we launched an investigation on the 14th on charges of defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act and insult under the Criminal Act.
We have filed a complaint against Seki. The actions of "cyberwreckers" who use their anonymity to create news and produce videos and shorts that bring about cyberbullying are also serious.
