石破首相内閣支持率、依然として最低水準...NHK調査35%=韓国報道
Approval rating for Prime Minister Ishiba's Cabinet remains at its lowest level... NHK survey shows 35% = Korean report
It has become clear that Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba's cabinet approval rating remains at its lowest level. The Yomiuri Shimbun conducted a monthly survey of 1,026 people (valid respondents) from the 11th to the 13th of this month, and released the results on the 14th.
The poll showed that the approval rating for the Ishiba Cabinet was 31%, the same as the lowest rating in the previous survey in March. The percentage of people who "do not approve" was 54%, down from 58% last month.
In a poll conducted by NHK during the same period targeting 1,120 people aged 18 and over, approval ratings for the Ishiba Cabinet fell 1 percentage point from the previous month to 35%. This was the lowest since the Cabinet was formed in October last year.
That's a low figure. The percentage of people who answered "I don't support it" was 45%, the same as the previous time. The approval rating of the Ishiba Cabinet rose 100% on the 3rd of last month, when Prime Minister Ishiba handed out gift certificates worth 100,000 yen each to the first-time members of the House of Representatives.
In some opinion polls, his approval rating had even fallen to the 20% range, which is considered the "resignation crisis" level.
In the latest Yomiuri survey, support for political parties was 28% for the Liberal Democratic Party, 13% for the Democratic Party for the People, and 6% for the Constitutional Democratic Party.
In particular, the percentage of respondents who chose "a change of government led by the opposition parties" as the ideal form for the future administration (42%) exceeded that of "maintaining the government led by the LDP" (40%).
88% of respondents said they were "concerned" about the impact of the U.S. tariffs on the Japanese economy. Only 8% said they were "not worried."
Regarding negotiations with the United States, those who "cannot expect it" (75%) far outnumbered those who "can expect it" (18%).
79% expressed concerns. Those who "have no expectations" regarding the Japanese government's tariff negotiations came to 53%, slightly higher than those who "have expectations" (42%).
The ruling Liberal Democratic Party has recently been considering a plan to provide a uniform cash payment to all Japanese citizens as a measure against U.S. tariffs and high prices.
However, public opinion polls were negative about this. In a Yomiuri survey, only 19% of respondents thought the subsidies were effective, while in an NHK survey, 38% were in favor of the subsidies.
It stopped.
