MINO(WINNER)、勤務怠慢疑惑を認めたが…現役法上で再入隊は不可能?「前例すらない」
MINO (WINNER) (WINNER) admits to allegations of neglecting his duties, but is re-enlistment impossible under the active duty law? ”There's no precedent”
While MINO (WINNER) of the group WINNER has admitted to most of the allegations of missing his work while serving as a community service officer, it appears impossible for him to re-enlist as an active duty soldier under current law.
On the 31st of last month, a National Police Agency official said at a press conference, "Song Min-ho (MINO (WINNER)) was questioned three times and a home search and correspondence investigation were conducted."
The police conducted a raid on the Mapo Resident Benefit Facility, a public facility in Mapo-gu where MINO (WINNER) was working, and retrieved CCTV footage from the workplace.
Prior to this, there were allegations that MINO (WINNER) had been working at a resident welfare facility in Mapo, Seoul, before being discharged from military service, but had not arrived to work properly.
In response, YG Entertainment said, "The reason for his sick leave was an extension of the treatment he was receiving before he began his military service, and all other leave he took was in accordance with regulations.
And on December 23rd of last year, MINO (WINNER), who was discharged as scheduled despite the issue, was eventually found guilty of leaving his place of work during working hours after three investigations.
In response, some have called for him to re-enlist while still in active duty, but this is seen as a realistic impossibility.
There is a possibility of an extension of service or criminal punishment, but there is no precedent for re-enlistment. How will MINO (WINNER)'s suspicion of dishonest service proceed?
Attention is focused on his future as to whether he will be subjected to any punishment.
