「本質はNewJeansの模倣」…ADOR対HYBE、反撃が続く
”It's essentially a copy of NewJeans”... ADOR vs. HYBE, the backlash continues
Counterattack against counterattack. Rumors are constantly spreading that HYBE is pressuring ADOR. HYBE appears to have outlined how to secure management rights from ADOR's internal documents.
It was reported that a document was discovered that stated, "5.
In one section titled "Goals," it was written, "Don't let anyone in HYBE touch us," and "We will eventually escape."
It is said that HYBE has started an investigation into ADOR's CEO Min Hee-jin and vice-CEO L. ADOR is said to have engaged in secret transactions to attract investors.
This was discovered during an internal audit by HYBE when the leaks of contracts and other documents were being discussed, along with measures such as encouraging HYBE to sell ADOR's shares.
In response, CEO Min Hee-jin released a statement. She protested against HYBE for "copying ILLIT's NewJeans" and said that HYBE had been forced to withdraw from NewJ
He claims that after questioning Official about the series of actions he had taken against eans, he was suddenly notified (on the 22nd) that procedures for dismissal of him as representative would begin.
Min said, "(HYBE) is reporting ridiculous things like Min was trying to take over management rights."
"I cannot understand why a legitimate protest to protect the cultural achievements of NewJeans would harm ADOR's interests or take away ADOR's control.
"HYBE, BELIFT LAB (ILLIT management office), and Chairman Bang Si Hyuk have made appropriate apologies and taken appropriate measures regarding this issue," he said.
It seems that they think that it will end if they just kick out CEO Min Hee-jin from the company without any effort. However, they have no intention of leaving ADOR. ADOR is the company that NewJeans has built.
"ADOR will use all available means and methods to protect its cultural works and prevent further infringement through copying," it said. "ADOR will pursue legal action against ADOR and NewJeans, including against the copying."
"We want to make it clear that we will never overlook the ongoing unfair behavior of the company," he said. After CEO Min announced his position, it was reported that HYBE had found documents that secured management rights for ADOR.
The situation is getting worse as reports like this continue to come out. HYBE has now sent an audit inquiry to the current ADOR management team, including CEO Min Hee-jin, and is demanding that she resign.
It is unclear how the situation regarding HYBE and ADOR will develop. NewJeans is scheduled to make a comeback on May 24th.
