With Min Hee-jin, CEO of the entertainment agency ADOR, at odds with HYBE over allegations of usurpation of management rights, attention is now focused on NewJeans, who are set to make a comeback in May.
According to media reports on the 22nd, HYBE has reportedly sent a letter to ADOR's board of directors demanding the convening of a shareholders' meeting and the resignation of ADOR's CEO Min Hee-jin.
It has been revealed that HYBE's label ADOR, which was established in 2021, is owned 80% by HYBE and 20% by ADOR's management team, including Min Hee-jin.
Min Hee-jin of SM Entertainment created "New Jeans" as the label's representative, and since then has achieved extraordinary success and garnered attention.
However, on the same day, HYBE exercised its right of audit against CEO Min Hee-jin and ADOR's management member A. HYBE has confirmed that they have been following the plan to seize ADOR's management rights and carrying it out.
Based on this, they have begun to recover the computer assets of ADOR's management and secure face-to-face testimony. In particular, Mr. A was reported to have handed over inside information about HYBE, causing a shock.

He previously revealed that he plans to travel between the two countries and be active in both countries. Two songs have been recorded for each of his May and June singles, and he will be performing at the Tokyo Dome in June.
During the meeting, they announced that they would be performing a total of 24 songs, including four new songs, and invited Hot Topic. However, due to internal conflicts between ADOR and HYBE, the comeback of "New Jeans" was postponed.
The date was already planned, but there was public opinion that the internal atmosphere was unstable due to the rift between Min Hee-jin, a key member of ADOR, and HYBE.
In addition, these conflicts have led to a drop in HYBE's stock price, and other negative factors continue to be reported.
With fears that the conflict could spread to eans as well, attention is focused on whether the group will be able to complete their comeback schedule in May without any problems.
