The fact that Leeteuk's appearance on 'Radio Star' reveals that he might actually be a 'real estate expert'. It was revealed that he moved into a landmark luxury flat in Seongsu-dong at a very low price, and that Woonyeok and Tonghe also skyrocketed together thanks to Leeteuk.
