Actor Gong Yoo's father passed away.

　On the 7th (today), Gong Yoo's agency Management SOOP announced, "Gong Yoo's father passed away on the 5th of this month. He was 78 years old. Korn Yoo, who served as a pallbearer, is said to be receiving mourners at the morgue in a state of grief.

　The morgue has been set up in the Qi Hall of Seoul Asan Hospital. The casket will be unveiled at 5:20 a.m. on August 8 at the Siang Family Memorial Park in Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province.

　Meanwhile, Gong Yoo will appear in Netflix's "Squid Game 2.
