Head of romance scam and K-content unauthorized uploading ring deported from Vietnam - South Korea

The investigation involved members of a Cambodia-based criminal organization that had been conducting romance fraud, and an organization that had uploaded Korean and foreign films, TV series, web novels, and other copyrighted material more than 15,000 times without permission.
