Member of conservative group sent to prosecution for tearing up banner with Chinese ambassador's face (South Korea)

Four men who participated in an anti-China demonstration and tore up a banner bearing the face of the Chinese ambassador to South Korea have been referred to the prosecution. The Namdaemun Police Station in Seoul, South Korea, has sent the men to the prosecution for allegedly insulting a foreign envoy.
