Speeding motorcycles: ”Rear enforcement device” significantly increases ”record” = Korea

In South Korea, an unmanned rear-view traffic enforcement device that photographs the rear license plates of motorcycles and other two-wheeled vehicles has been used to crack down on nearly 100,000 traffic accidents by August of this year.
