Average number of summer vacation days for companies is 3.7 days...most common in late July = South Korea

The average number of days of summer vacation offered by companies in Korea this year was calculated to be 3.7 days. On the 13th, the Korea Employers Federation conducted a survey of 528 companies nationwide with 5 or more employees on the 2025 Summer Vacation Results.
