Korea arrests 32 criminals who smuggled and distributed drugs from Vietnam
A group of 32 people who smuggled and distributed drugs from Vietnam to South Korea were arrested by the police. Six of them, including the general manager, were charged with criminal organization crimes by the police.

The Incheon National Police Agency Narcotics Criminal Investigation Division detained 12 people, including A (29), the chief executive officer, on suspicion of violating laws related to drug management, and sent documents to 64 people, including B (27), on May 11th.

Six of them, including A, were found to be the leaders of the crime and were charged with organized crime. If the crime of organizing a criminal organization is judged guilty, all six members of the organization will be punished with the same punishment.

A group of 32 people smuggled 9,000 tablets of ecstasy, 1,200 grams of ketamine, and other drugs worth 2.2 billion won from Vietnam seven times from June to December last year. It is suspected that it was distributed in the metropolitan area. The remaining 44 people are suspected of purchasing and using drugs from A during the same period.

Around May of last year, A met with local drug dealers in Vietnam and had them supply him with ecstasy and other drugs, which he allegedly smuggled for several months. A recruited narcotics dealers, traded through Telegram, etc., and distributed them throughout the metropolitan area.

It is known that A and others used drugs together in preparation for the secession of the members of the organization, and provided alcohol and drugs at entertainment facilities when the smuggling was successful.
