Fire at South Korean theme park "Everland"
Around 11:12 a.m. on May 12th, a fire broke out from a wooden structure at the Everland theme park in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, and firefighters worked to extinguish it.

After receiving the report, the fire department dispatched 14 fire trucks and other equipment and 40 firefighters and arrived at the scene at around 11:27 am. The fire was then extinguished at around 11:35 am.

No casualties have been confirmed as a result of the fire.

The sculpture that caught fire is the 13-meter-tall "Magic Tree" installed in the square in Everland.

Police and firefighters are investigating the cause and circumstances of the fire.
