"A few seconds after man left" Dryer of coin laundry 'exploded' ... What is cause? = Korean coverage
At a laundromat in Spain, a dryer exploded while it was in operation. Local media speculate that a lighter in the laundry was overheated by the wind from the dryer and exploded.

According to the Daily Mail and others on April 3rd (local time), an explosion occurred at a self-service laundromat in the northwestern Spanish city of A Coruña. Security camera footage from the time showed a man walking out after using the laundry. Then, the dryer that was operating right next to the entrance suddenly exploded less than five seconds after the man left the laundry. The footage shows the entire laundry blown up.

It is said that this accident occurred in the afternoon of March 14th, but the video record of the scene was released for the first time when the investigation results into the cause of the accident. The Daily Mail, citing local authorities' investigation, said, "the cause of the explosion was a lighter that was in a pair of trousers that had been in the dryer."

Meanwhile, the local police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident based on security camera analysis and customer testimony.
