Former singer trainee accused of taking drugs for 3rd time "6 months in prison" = Korea
Han Seo Hee (28), a former singer-trainee from South Korea who was handed over to court on suspicion of drug administration, has been sentenced to prison.

On March 21st, the second division of the Supreme Court (Chief Justice Min Yoo-sook) dismissed the appeal on suspicion of violating the drug control law, and confirmed the original trial, which sentenced him to six months in prison.

In July 2021, Ms. Han was handed over to court on suspicion of administering Methamphetamine with her roommate at an office hotel in Jungnang District, Seoul.

The court of the first trial pointed out that Han's hair roots tested positive for both Methamphetamine and amphetamine, and sentenced her to six months in prison, 40 hours of drug rehabilitation program, and a fine of 100,000 won was ordered.

However, Han's side appealed, saying that the criminal facts were not established based on hard evidence.

In the second trial, the judgment of the first trial was upheld, but Han did not accept it and took it to the Supreme Court.

However, the Supreme Court finally decided to dismiss it, and it became impossible to avoid imprisonment.

This is the third time Han has been handed over to court on drug charges.

Prior to this, Han was indicted on suspicion of using marijuana with TOP (Top, real name Choi Seung-hyun) of the group "BIGBANG" in 2016, and in the first trial in July 2017, she was imprisoned for 3 years, suspended for 4 years, and protected. After 120 hours of observation, a fine of 870,000 won was imposed.

After that, in July 2020, when she was on probation, a urine test showed a positive drug reaction and he was indicted again.
