The city of Seoul, South Korea, announced on March 22nd that 25,851 people applied for the 2023 Seoul City Civil Service 1st Public Competition and Career Competition Written Examination, with an average competition rate of 12.6 times. This is an increase of 1.4 percentage points from the previous year (11.2 times).
