A said on the 6th, "In June 2021, regarding the embezzlement case filed by Park Yuchun, on October 12th, a complaint was filed at the Gyeonggi Namyangju Nambu Police Station. I have received a notification of the results of the investigation into the transfer."

In December of the same year, A filed a lawsuit for damages of 600 million won against Park Yuchun.
