President Zelensky "Hope Putin survives" ... "I don't think he'll use 'nuclear weapons'"
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on November 30th (local time), "I do not think that Russian President Vladimir Putin, who is raising the nuclear threat, will use nuclear weapons in the war with Ukraine."

Reuters and other sources reported that President Zelensky said this through an online speech at the "DealBook Summit" conference hosted by the New York Times in New York on the same day.

"Putin is dependent on the Russian people and I hope they will survive," Zelensky said.

"We are concerned that if Putin takes full advantage (of nuclear weapons) and Ukraine begins to surrender territory to him, 'he will find its sweetness and learn he won't be punished.'" he said, emphasizing the punishment of President Putin again.
