FNC Entertainment Appoints Han Sung-ho and Kim Yoo-shik as Co-CEOs

On the 7th, FNC Entertainment appointed former General Producer Han Sung-ho and former management support department manager Kim Yoo-sik as co-representative directors through an extraordinary shareholders' meeting and a board meeting.

Han Sung-ho, as the largest shareholder of FNC, returned to the position of CEO again after 5 years to strengthen responsible management and content competitiveness. CEO Kim Yoo-sik is a former member of strategic planning for major Korean companies such as Lotte, Samsung, and SK.
