Korean Professor Sends "Rising Sun Flag = War Criminal Flag Email" to Navies of 13 Countries Participating in International Fleet Review Ceremony Held in Japan

Professor Seo said, "Through this naval review, I just wanted to inform the navies of participating countries, who still don't know the truth about the Rising Sun flag, about the historical facts of the Rising Sun flag. I have attached a collection of examples of international organizations and global companies that have recognized the rising sun flag as a war criminal flag."
