US VP Harris "Kim Jong Un is unstable in many ways"

"His recent behavior has been erratic and provocative in many ways."

US Vice President Harris, who is about to visit South Korea for the first time, visited Japan on September 28th to attend the state funeral of Japanese former Prime Minister Abe. She said this, referring to the Chairman of the State Affairs Commission. This statement was made almost at the same time that North Korea launched two short-range ballistic missiles into the East Sea.

Vice President Harris added, "We support the alliance." She will visit South Korea on 29th and meet with President Yoon at the presidential office in Yongsan, Seoul in the morning. A visit to the demilitarized zone (DMZ) is also included.

Vice President Harris added, "I believe we can measure the state of democracy from the standpoint of women in democratic countries," adding, "We plan to raise this issue with President Yoon."
