Today (27th), the 50th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court rejected Park YUCHUN's request to revoke the provisional injunction against `Have Fan Together'.
Prior to this, in November last year, the Seoul Central District Court issued a provisional injunction to ban Park Yuchun from appearing on TV programs and performing arts activities, which was applied for by "Have Fun Together", who was entrusted with management authority by Park Yuchun's former management office "Riciello". In response, Park Yuchun filed a lawsuit to stop the provisional disposition, but the court did not accept it.
Park Yuchun is about to release the movie "Dedicated to Evil" in October this year. However, due to the court's decision, it has become impossible for him to engage in entertainment activities in Korea. It can be seen as a blank slate of attempts to repatriate.
