Prosecutors want Interpol to seek custody of Terra CEO Kwon = Korea
On September 19th, the Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor's Office, which is investigating the crash of the Terra Luna virtual currency, asked the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) to arrange Terraform Lab CEO Kwon Do-hyun.

The prosecution's Luna Terra investigation team has secured the custody of Kwon, whose whereabouts are unknown, and requested Interpol's cooperation to take over. It is expected to take more than 10 days before Interpol actually issues a wanted order.

Kwon was initially believed to be staying in Singapore, but according to foreign media, the Singapore police announced on September 17th (local time) that this was not true.

It is said that the prosecution is narrowing down the investigation network by narrowing down Kwon's location.

Arrest warrants have already been issued for Kwon and other related parties who were accused of fraud by investors after the price of Terra Lunacoin plummeted in May this year. Nicholas Platias, a founding member, and representative Han of Chai Corporation, who is affiliated with Terraform Lab, are six people involved.

The prosecution also asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to invalidate the passports of five of them, excluding foreign nationals.
