Singer SAMUEL wins the first trial of "Exclusive Contract dispute" with the office ... BRAVE side "considers appeal"

Singer Samuel (Kim Samuel), who is in dispute with Brave Entertainment, won the first trial.

On the 17th, the 25th Division of the Civil Agreement of the Central District Court of Seoul ruled that the plaintiffs won the exclusive contract non-existence confirmation lawsuit filed by SAMUEL against BRAVE Entertainment. The court said, "We will confirm that the Exclusive Contract signed in June 2014 between the plaintiff and the defendant does not exist," and "dismiss the defendant's counterclaim."

BRAVE Entertainment told edaily, "We haven't confirmed the sentence yet and can't give a concrete answer, but we plan to consider appealing."

Samuel filed a lawsuit against BRAVE Entertainment in 2019 to confirm the absence of an exclusive contract. In response, Brave Entertainment countered that Samuel's unilateral refusal to participate without justifiable grounds caused damage to the company.
