Cheong Wa Dae recently reported through the petition bulletin board on its homepage that it will "answer two national petition requests regarding the TV Series broadcast suspension request."

We will answer two national petitions regarding <TV Series broadcast cancellation request>.

<Cancellation of "Joseon Exorcist" broadcast> The petitioner said, "The TV Series is composed of content and screens that distort history and accept the Northeast Project of China," and demanded that the broadcast be canceled and prevent recurrence. I did. 240,000 people agreed to the petition.

<Cancellation of "Snowdrop" broadcast> The petitioner requested the suspension of shooting, saying that he was "attempting to insult the democratization movement and beautify the Safety Planning Department." About 220,000 people participated in the consent.

On March 26th, the broadcasting station that broadcast "Joseon Exorcist" decided to cancel the broadcast in consideration of the seriousness of the historical drama affair. "The current affair started with fragmentary information composed of an unfinished synopsis and a part of the character introduction," said the broadcasting station scheduled to broadcast "Snowdrops." Article 4 of the "Broadcasting Law" guarantees freedom and independence regarding the organization of broadcasting stations, and stipulates that regulations and interference not by law are prohibited.
