Treasure Appears on Mnet Music Program YG Singer for the First Time in About 4 Years
[Seoul Yonhap News] An artist belonging to YG Entertainment, a major entertainment agency that was thought to have a bad relationship with Korean music channel Mnet, will appear on Mnet's music program for the first time in about 4 years and 2 months.

According to YG, new male group belonging to the same office, TREASURE, will appear on Mnet's program "M COUNTDOWN" which will be broadcast from 6pm on the 14th, and the title songs of the first full album "MY TREASURE" and " GOING CRAZY "Singing.

YG's artists have been on the show for the first time since the girls group BLACKPINK in November 2016, and have been attracting attention.

YG has refused to appear on Mnet programs for the past few years, and there was a view that the relationship between the two was jerky.

However, with TREASURE appearing at Mnet's music award ceremony "2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA)" held on the 6th of last month, the relationship is also changing. Even among fans, there are growing expectations that YG artists may be seen on Mnet programs in the future.
