Actress Lee Min Jeong, postpartum depression, tears just by listening to nursery rhymes “My husband Lee Byung Hun helped me”
Actress Lee Min Jeong confessed to suffering from postpartum depression and the help of her husband, actor Lee Byung Hun on the show "Kansei Camping".

Lee Min Jeong appeared as a camping friend on the JTBC variety show "Kansei Camping" broadcast on the 20th and attracted attention.

Lee Min Jeong enjoyed leisure on the river in a kayak prepared by comedians Ahn Young-mi and Park Na-rae. Lee Min Jeong recalled kayaking experience, saying, "I've been riding in Jeju with my children. I'm glad that the bottom is transparent and I can see the sea."

Ahn Young-mi was curious about her family, saying, "It looks like my husband, Lee Byung Hun, plays a lot with the children." Lee Min Jeong said, "I think I have a lot of memories of playing with my dad." "We couples don't shoot all week long, so we go home during meal time between shoots. It was painful for my child to feel the absence of his parents, and when the performers were having dinner, I would go home and play with my child and come back to the scene. It was easier to do so."

Lee Min Jeong said, "I was a person who didn't want to disturb my time for an hour and never wanted to have children. I was a very important person." She said, "But giving birth gave me the power to endure and do everything even if my body is broken. I think that's what all mothers in the world do, not just me."

However, Lee Min Jeong spoke about postpartum depression, "I think women can't help the effects of hormones. I sometimes cried while listening to nursery rhymes. The nursery rhymes were not sad, but hormones were the cause. I had postpartum depression and it was important for me to recognize it myself and askthe people around me for help. I talked a lot. Also, because of my occupation as an actress, I am worried that my sensation will be painful, so if I give birth and feel depressed I was telling my husband that I wanted help next to me. It was even easier to get help next to me. And my child was cute and I didn't have to worry. When I gave birth to a child, I couldn't do anything."
