Korean actor Park Seo Jun (31) became the owner of a building in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul earlier this year.

Park Seo Jun's management office Awesome ENT said on the 23rd that "Park Seo Jun purchased a building in Seoul, Gangnam, Shinsa-dong," but said, "Details cannot be confirmed because they are private."

Prior to this, a South Korean media reported the purchase of Park Seo Jun's building. According to this, the building purchased by Park Seo Jun is located in the suburbs with a city bus stop and the Bundang Line Apgujeong Rodeo Station. The building has 1 basement floor to 5 floors above ground and a land area of 373.7 square meters. The old building was completed in September 1986, but it is said to have been renovated with a three-dimensional structure. Park Seo Jun was reported to have purchased the building for about 11 billion won (about 1.15 billion yen) around spring after the JTBC TV Series "Itaewon Class" was completed.

Meanwhile, Park Seo Jun is currently filming the movie "Dream" directed by Lee Byung Hun.
