Stabbed pet dog to death to threaten wife in China... Husband taken into custody = Chinese coverage
In China, a post on the internet shocked the world with a post that said, "My husband stabbed pet corgi to death with a knife after he got drunk. I was threatened and couldn't save the dog."

On May 28th, a woman, A, who lives in Yuncheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province, wrote on SNS and asked for help.

According to A's writings, her husband, Lee, got drunk and stabbed her pet corgi to death. He pointed a knife at A, who tried to stop him from helping the dog, and threatened her, saying, "If you don't listen to me, I will continue to do this from now on too."

A demanded that Lee receive a corresponding punishment and consent to the divorce. In the process, Lee's relatives said, "It's not a big deal."

In response to her post, the publicity department of the county committee released a notice, revealing that the government authorities intervened to investigate this incident. "The post was true, and my husband (Lee) was sentenced to 12 days of administrative detention and a fine of 300 Chinese Yuan for his illegal activities. We will strengthen it" they said.

In addition, the police and the National Women's Federation are currently investigating whether there was domestic violence on a daily basis.
