Biden "strengthening trilateral cooperation between Japan and US to counter North Korea's provocations"
"We are strengthening tripartite cooperation with our allies in the Indo-Pacific, Japan and South Korea."

US President Joe Biden said in his commencement address at the Air Force Academy in Colorado on June 1st (local time) that the two sides are working together to counter threats in the region, including North Korea. It also seems to imply denunciations related to North Korea's attempt to wrap-up the military spy satellite.

President Biden said, "We are developing our partnerships around the world and strengthening the security of the United States. Also the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is more vibrant and united."

He also expressed hope that Finland and Sweden, the new allies, would join NATO as soon as possible and that NATO would become even stronger.
