“Bali, Chinese man and woman death case” Local police “man committed suicide after killing woman” = Chinese coverage

In an incident in which a Chinese man and woman were found dead on the 1st of this month (local time) at a resort hotel in Bali, Indonesia, the local police said on May 17th, "This incident was a man killing a woman. He later attempted suicide and died."

Indonesian police officials held a press conference on the afternoon of the 17th to report on the results of the investigation into the deaths of a Chinese man and woman at the InterContinental Bali Resort in Bali.

According to police reports, the deceased Lee (24), and Cheng (22), were in relationship.

At the time of his discovery, Mr. Cheng was naked in a bathtub in the bathroom of his room, and a string was wrapped around his neck. A broken beer bottle was also found on the floor. After murdering Cheng, Lee stabbed himself in the neck with a fragment of a broken beer bottle and died of excessive bleeding.

It was also revealed that the two had quarreled when they were staying at another hotel the day before the incident, and Lee was injured so badly that his left hand was bleeding.

Police concluded that something went wrong between the two, leading to the incident.
