It has been really hard time for me every day.

I could not say what I wanted to say and I was silent because I was under the investigation about this and I decided that it was not right for me to talk first about the case which is under the investigation.



As I mentioned in the previous sentence, if there is a violation of the regulation as the result, , I am deeply sorry about my mistake since it is the part which I am responsible for.



However, I would like to mention about the part that is often misunderstood about this case.



This incident is related to the entrance examination of Doctoral Course of "Applied Arts Department of Graduate School" (practical music) which is a specialized department.





In the doctoral course of a graduate school of art, such as a practical music department, knowing that the interview is also often carried out at the discretion of the professor, as the professor understands the content of the applicant’s activities and workability through the applicant's portfolio etc.



Before I went to the graduate school, I met the professor at the work room, I talked about the songs I was working on and let him listen the songs I was selling, and talked about future plans etc.



I just thought that the interview could proceed to the discretion of the professor; however, it was my fault that I did not correctly confirm the application guidelines, and I am very sorry about it.



Also, the allegations that I tried to obtain a doctoral course (volunteerly ) in order to postpone my military enlistment while I am not interested in studying is absolutely not true.



Naturally, I am a citizen of the Republic of Korea and I believe that I must faithfully carry out the "national defense obligation" as a man in the Republic of Korea, and I have always talked about the military enlistment in many interviews.



The doctoral course of the graduate school I enrolled is "Department of applied arts" , which is a department of "practical music" and is a department to study jazz music in depth.



As a "professional" singer , who creates and sings songs, I applied volunteerly with a sincerely desire to learn more about my field of specialty.



And there are also people who say I will run away to the military.



I never run away. The army can never be the place to evacuate or to escape.



As a citizen of Republic of Korea, it is a duty to participate in national defense as a matter of course and I have always thought that we must faithfully carry out the obligation of national defense as a citizen of the Republic of Korea.



I thought that it was a time to join through this opportunity and once again to reflect myself.



Actually, It's not important to say or think it is someone's mistake, someone's fault,and etc. but I am sorry and deeply regretted in my wrong part unconditionally, and I will not make such a mistake again I swear to do my best.



And I would like to say that I am sorry for my colleague celebrities who were hurt by my incident. From now on, I will be faithful to the investigation of the remaining prosecutions, and in the part, which is distorted, I try to correct it.
